Warranty:
There is a 6 month warranty on this product.  Warranty covers manufacture defects that prevent the product from working properly.  Please contact us via Ebay messaging for warranty claims.
Return Policy:
Free returns are available, but please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they purchase the correct mop pads for their mop. Our listings all include the dimensions and models the mop pads are meant to fit to help you make the right selection.
Our warranty covers defects of the product – buyers who purchase the incorrect mop pad for their model of mop and wish to return the product for a refund on the cost of the item(s) may do so, but it will be the buyer’s responsibility to cover the shipping fee back to us.
